We are delighted to announce a new venue for our gong baths – The lovely Unity Centre, 35 Friars Walk, Lewes, BN7 2LG. The next of our monthly events there will be on Sunday 7 April from 5.30pm to 7pm.

NEXT CRAWLEY YIN YOGA + SOUND BATH Sunday 14 April 2024
We have a lovely new venue in the Crawley area for a 2 hour combined yin yoga plus sound bath meditation - Woodgate Hub, 4 Grace Holland Ave, Pease Pottage, Crawley RH11 9SL, on Sunday 14 March from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

We will start with a yin yoga practice followed by a full length sound bath featuring some of our extensive collection of gongs and other instruments. Yin yoga is a gentle and restorative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, enhancing flexibility, circulation, and inner harmony. No prior experience of yoga necessary.
